METHOD Add sugar, Egan’s Vintage Grain and coffee to glass and stir. Pour lightly whipped fresh cream over the back of a spoon to create a creamy head.

METHOD Shake all ingredients in Boston shaker half and strain into glass Garnish with a twist of orange.
